Client Alignment Representative responsible for managing long-term client relationships, identifying sales and expansion opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Develops strategic plans to align client priorities with Netsmart's technology solutions. Partners with Client Account Executives to manage client accounts and support revenue growth, retention, and client success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities in a sales context
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Highspot, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort discussing pricing and quantifying value to overcome objections
  • Understanding of government procurement processes and funding cycles
  • Curiosity, initiative, and resilience when navigating complex sales environments
