Requirements

  • Knowledge and use of ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Sap)
  • Familiarity with main operating systems (Windows and iOS)
  • Management and planning of activities, adhering to priorities and SLAs
  • Warehouse preparation and control
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic Networking skills and knowledge of main network protocols
  • MDM device usage
  • Hardware and Software skills
  • Experience with English language (B2 - C1)
  • Working availability on flexible shifts
