Requirements
- Knowledge and use of ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Sap)
- Familiarity with main operating systems (Windows and iOS)
- Management and planning of activities, adhering to priorities and SLAs
- Warehouse preparation and control
- Experience with Active Directory
- Basic Networking skills and knowledge of main network protocols
- MDM device usage
- Hardware and Software skills
- Experience with English language (B2 - C1)
- Working availability on flexible shifts
