The successful candidate will provide high-quality assistance to VIP users, contributing to resolving issues and maintaining operational efficiency. The role requires experience with ticketing platforms, operating systems, and network protocols.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS and Android
- Planning and managing activities according to priorities and SLA
- Preparation of machines and management of warehouse inventory
- Management of users (reset password, creation and management of groups)
- Installation, troubleshooting, and management of Office 365 tenant
- Basic skills and troubleshooting capabilities of the network, knowledge of the main network protocols
- Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
- Support for video conferencing devices
- Software troubleshooting
