Everience Italy is seeking a HelpDesk VIP Support to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality assistance to VIP users, contributing to resolving issues and maintaining operational efficiency. The role requires experience with ticketing platforms, operating systems, and network protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS and Android
  • Planning and managing activities according to priorities and SLA
  • Preparation of machines and management of warehouse inventory
  • Management of users (reset password, creation and management of groups)
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and management of Office 365 tenant
  • Basic skills and troubleshooting capabilities of the network, knowledge of the main network protocols
  • Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
  • Support for video conferencing devices
  • Software troubleshooting
