Solution Architect Service Now

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing effective technical business solutions using ServiceNow. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to advise and provide fit for purpose proposals on the requests to digitalise Workflows using ServiceNow.

Requirements

• STEM Bachelor's degree (Engineering is a plus)
• Strong knowledge and experience in Solution Architecture, AppEngine, GENAI, Automation Hub, HR lifecycle and other ServiceNow Products
• ServiceNow SPM module knowledge and Experience is a bonus
• Proficiency in defining and refining the Architectural strategy
• Ability to design and direct Architectural governance activities
• Familiarity with industry trends on architecture and the ServiceNow product roadmap
• Large Enterprise experience & ability to collaborate in hybrid teams
• Certifications desired – ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or other ServiceNow certifications
• Effective English communication
• +3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, overall experience in IT of 10 years
