Job Title: HR Administrator, Key Responsibilities: Onboarding, Employee Confirmations, Employee Query Management, Insurance & Benefits Administration, HR MIS & Reporting, Exit Formalities.
Requirements
- Coordinate pre-joining activities including document collection, document verification, and induction planning.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by coordinating with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll etc.).
- Conduct post-joining activities such as HR orientation, HRIS updates, and benefits enrollment.
- Track probation periods and coordinate with managers for timely confirmation evaluations.
- Issue confirmation letters and ensure all related payroll and HRIS updates are completed.
- Manage and resolve employee tickets raised through ServiceNow or equivalent HR ticketing platforms.
- Prepare monthly insurance endorsement data - additions and deletions.
- Assist employees with insurance queries, claims, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain and update various HR MIS reports including onboarding status, confirmations, exits, insurance data, and ticketing dashboards.
- Prepare periodic reports for leadership review, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Handle employee exit processes including resignation acknowledgment, exit interviews scheduling, full & final documentation coordination, and clearance formalities.
