We are seeking a HR Advisor – People Services to join our team. The role involves delivering operational HR services, managing high-quality HR data, supporting employees and managers, and improving HR processes through digital tools and analytics.
Requirements
- Degree-level education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Proven experience working with HR systems, HR data management, and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or SharePoint
- A strong understanding of GDPR, HR compliance, and employment legislation
- Fluency in English and Swedish; additional European languages are an advantage
