Yara is seeking a HR Advisor - People Services (Fixed Term) to join their team in Malmö, SE. The role involves delivering operational HR services, managing HR data, supporting employees and managers, and improving HR processes. This is a new, data-driven HR function building on a sustainable agriculture and climate solutions network. The position offers a collaborative, cross-border environment.

Requirements

• Maintain HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• Translate, update, and publish HR content
• Manage employee support and data requests
• Prepare and visualize reports using Power BI
• Assist the Global Mobility team with international assignment data
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
• Profile in English and Swedish
