The HR Advisor will work on the Shared Services team to build and drive efficiency and consistency through centralization of systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Case management system (ServiceNow) and telephony system (8*8) management
  • Collect feedback, consolidate common issues and work with stakeholders to drive operational excellence
  • Manage HR policies, processes and system related inquires via telephony systems, case management systems, HR portal and functional mail
  • Liaise with HRBP / Field HR and functional CoE to be familiar with all related HR policy and processes
  • Build up and maintain HR knowledge base such as HR polices, FAQs, process etc
