We are looking for an HR Advisor (English speaking) at YARA_EBS to maintain HR systems & data, report, analyze, and visualize HR data, and drive data analytics to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The role requires a degree-level education with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, proven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education with minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Proven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data
  • Hands-on experience with HR analytics tools; solid skills in HR reporting and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in optimizing and harmonizing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HR Service Delivery module is a plus); experience with ServiceNow or SharePoint is an advantage
  • Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and employment legislation
  • Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German, Finnish, French, Italian, Swedish or Spanish is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Lithuania
