We are looking for an HR Advisor (English speaking) at YARA_EBS to maintain HR systems & data, report, analyze, and visualize HR data, and drive data analytics to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The role requires a degree-level education with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, proven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements

- Proven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics tools; solid skills in HR reporting and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in optimizing and harmonizing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HR Service Delivery module is a plus); experience with ServiceNow or SharePoint is an advantage
- Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and employment legislation
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German, Finnish, French, Italian, Swedish or Spanish is a plus
- Eligible to work in Lithuania

- Salary from 2605 Eur to 3908 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
