SAP Finance Specialist

We are seeking an SAP Finance specialist with expertise in FICA, FICO, Group Reporting, In-House Cash, Payments, Asset Accounting, Project Systems (PS), and RE-FX. The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and delivering minor developments within SAP S/4HANA for the Nordic countries. The specialist will provide functional support to end-users, monitor critical job runs, and take ownership of operational responsibilities within their domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a functional role
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of core business processes in your respective SAP S/4Hana module
• Experience working in SAP operations, including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user support
• Exposure to minor SAP development or enhancement activities
• Understanding of SAP transport management and change management processes
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and service management processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
