Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Fluent in English; German required, Italian preferred
- Experience working with Go-To-Market commercial sales teams preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions
- Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools
