ServiceNow is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner Manager based in Munich to support operations across the CEE and Italy region. The role involves providing HR support, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and partnering with leadership teams to develop talent and improve employee relations. It’s a customer-facing position with a focus on growth and employee well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience
  • Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Fluent in English; German required, Italian preferred
  • Experience working with Go-To-Market commercial sales teams preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions
  • Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 8+ years experience in HRBP or generalist roles. Experience supporting Senior Directors & fluency in English
