HR Compliance Specialist

This HR Compliance Specialist role supports employment compliance through case system review and data analysis. This includes execution of audits, employee inquiries, and problem resolution, with a focus on confidentiality and discretion. The specialist will partner with various stakeholders to address escalated issues and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Requirements

• English B2+
• 2 Years of Experience in HR Generalist, Employee Relations or a related role
• Knowledge of workplace complaint investigations, union avoidance, employee advocacy
• Competent understanding of HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to establish trust and credibility
