Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator - License/Certification Compliance to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR function with various administrative tasks and assisting with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing and certification requirements for various clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Experience managing compliance tracking systems for employee credentials, licenses, and certifications.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements related to employee credentialing.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compliance tracking software (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow, Credentialing Management Systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with employees, managers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations related to employee licensure and certification.
