We're looking for a Manager, IT Service Management Operations to join our team at Exact Sciences. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure high operational standards, and advance ITSM maturity to support our mission to improve and save lives through early detection and cancer diagnostics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations
- 3+ years of formal people leadership experience
- ITIL 4 certification
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (Change, Incident, Request, Access modules) strongly preferred
