Requirements
- Excellent German language skills (C1), English (B2)
- 4+ years of professional experience leading a team in Hire-to-Retire Services or related
- Master's degree preferably in HR field or related areas
- Positive approach and customer-centric mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Resilience and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, and OpenText
Requirements Summary
