Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2+ level) and equivalent education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 4+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Strong communication, empathy, team spirit, accountability, and customer orientation
- Experience working with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, and MS Office
