Looking for an HR Specialist to support Employee Central team with administrative tasks during employee lifecycle. Focus on hiring, contracting, and work-related activities for employees in Austria. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the team.
Requirements
- Speaks German and English (min. B2)
- 1-4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally supporting employee lifecycle process
- Completed higher education in HR field or related areas
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
- Country-specific knowledge
- Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model)
- Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office
