Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related to HR, Business Administration or similar
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in HR Operations or related areas
- High level of attention to detail and results oriented
- Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple tasks
- Passionate for continuous improvement
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written communication skills)
- Understand basic HR policies; familiar with HR Service processes
- Solid system skills i.e. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
- Solve preliminary issues under clear guidance or established processes with accuracy and reliability
- Able to quickly learn basic working methods and apply them reasonably in work
- Basic data analysis skill
