We are looking for an HR Operations Global Process, Service Excellence and Project Portfolio Lead to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across global HR processes. The successful candidate will lead strategic HR projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR (HR operations/shared services, HR Transition and Transformation); consulting background is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
- Experience in HR managed services and system integrations, particularly with Workday, Payroll systems, PeopleDoc, and ServiceNow, highly desirable
- Proficiency in business process management and knowledge of service/operational excellence improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean highly desirable
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Effective team player with a passion for making a positive difference
- Experience in a multicultural environment. A global mindset and the ability to work and collaborate with different functions and cultures
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
