Auxis is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to shape the future of HR Service Operations, operating across a wide range of clients in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico. This role involves driving operational excellence, supporting customer service delivery, managing complex processes, and ensuring high-quality outsourcing support. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and results-oriented individual with a strong background in HR Outsourcing and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Manager with at least three (3) years in the Outsourcing industry
- 7+ years’ experience in HR Service Operations or Hire to Retire Shared services
- University degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in English (85%+)
- Experience with client and SLA management
- Experience leading and developing international service delivery teams
- Experience managing service transitions
- Experience working with multiple vendors in a complex multivendor support environment
- Experience guiding staff and ticket workflows
- Deep understanding of Hire to Retire processes, regulations, HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos) and CMS (ServiceNow)
- Experience capturing team performance metrics and presenting to upper management
- Strong project management experience with a focus on process improvement
