We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Employee Life Cycle team. The role involves managing employee life cycle changes, maintaining HR data, and partnering with HR Business Partners and HR Ops colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous relevant experiences in HR administration and Bulgarian labor legislation and Social Security knowledge
- Workday experience is a plus
- Very good verbal and written Bulgarian and English skills
- Good MS Office package knowledge (stress on Excel)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for details
- Analytical thinking
