Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the Axway team! The successful candidate will have a high level of technical expertise in industry leading Infrastructure as Services (IaaS) providers like AWS and Azure services. They will design and implement cloud and hybrid based infrastructure solutions, provide technical leadership for customer onboardings, and manage monitoring systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Experience with working with Azure Infrastructure services (Architecture/administration/operations)
• Strong working knowledge of Azure services: VM, Azure Blob, AKS; Azure DNS; RBAC Load balancers; VPN; VNet, Private Link; Transit Gateway; WAF; Database Services; and SSO.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and Terraform platforms
• Experience with containerization in Azure
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix OS RedHat or SUSE is required
• Understanding of Terraform, Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell scripts
• Requires minimal supervision and collaborates well with R&D, Operations and other Support teams.
• Good working knowledge of Networking concepts and tools: Routing, Switching, Firewall Security, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, HAProxy, Nginx
• Experience in using the tools: GiT, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible
• Experience with System hardening guidelines e.g., CIS, NIST
• Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring tools is a plus
• Experience in working with Service Management and collaboration tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural global teams (NA, EMEA, APAC)
• Must have customer first can do mind set
• Knowledge of AWS is a plus
