We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specific assistance and processing WFA Processes, new hires, terminations, employment changes, and employment verification. They will also create new records, update, and maintain employee profiles and data in the respective HR systems of record.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a human resources role
- Experience in an HR shared services environment
- Hands-on experience with Workday Software (minimum 2-3 years)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility in shifts to support US
