Johnson Controls is seeking an HR Ops Specialist to provide assistance and processing of HR processes, maintain employee profiles, and process transactions in compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within an HR shared services environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Software (minimum 2-3 years)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Sound Knowledge of eProcurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba (added advantage)
