We are recruiting for an HR People Services Advisor role in Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw. The successful candidate will provide expert direction, guidance, and escalation support to HR Administrators and Assistants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. The role requires strong technical understanding of HR processes, policies, and documentation, as well as solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in HR generalist or HR administration role
- Strong technical understanding of HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Ability to apply guidance in practical cases
- Confident using English at C1/C2 level
- Experience using case allocation or management systems
- Manage HR records and processes accurately
- Highly organized, capable of prioritising effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Collaborative and adaptable
- Coaching, developing, and supporting team members effectively
- Proven experience in a large or complex HR environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive, flexible approach to change
