We are recruiting for the HR People Services Advisor role at Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality HR services within the HR People Services team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in HR generalist or HR administration role
- Strong technical understanding of HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident using English at C1/C2 level
- Experience using case allocation or management systems
- Manage HR records and processes accurately
- Highly organised and capable of prioritising effectively
- Collaborative and adaptable team player
- Proven experience in a large or complex HR environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
