HR Program Management Office Lead

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Program Management Office Leader to oversee the portfolio of Global Human Resources projects and ensure they align with strategic company and functional objectives.

Requirements

• Project management certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques, specifically ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
• Capability to understand business needs and translate them into effective project plans
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure project impact
• Experience in leading global, matrixed programs and influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and portfolios
• Strong project management skills, with knowledge of methodologies like Agile
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis to track performance and support decision-making
• Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate complex concepts for different audiences
• Experience with resource leveling and budget oversight
