Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 5 years HR experience
- Master's degree in relevant field and 4 years HR experience
- In lieu of education, 9 years HR and/or HRIS experience
- Data Analysis
- Process Documentation
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies and legal requirements
- Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player and interact with all levels of internal customers
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to partner with internal technical and non-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with personal computer applications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Working knowledge of HRIS software applications and products
- Previous managerial experience
