The HR Service Delivery Support role provides comprehensive transactional and administrative support for various HR processes in the EMEA region. The role involves executing processes and procedures, generating operational reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The team contributes to embedding new processes and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits administration, HR Shared Services
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience with Workforce and case management systems, preferred experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
  • Experience in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
