We are looking for an HR Service Leader to lead the HR Service team and ensure the provision of local HR services at our Debrecen plant. The role will involve recruiting and training the HR Service team, introducing HR systems, and adapting global HR processes to Hungarian legislation.
Requirements

- Introduce HR systems in cooperation with the IT department
- Adapt global HR processes to Hungarian legislation
- Participate in the international HR Service Network
- Share best practices with other locations
- Coordinate the work of different departments
- Make decisions and provide advice on issues related to payroll, HR data management, and time recording
- Determine the HR service-related IT system requirements
- Ensure that the systems are always up-to-date and meet the system requirements
- Support the local HR team in the use of SAP, Elida, CCM, ServiceNow, and time recording systems
- Represent HR Service at country-specific negotiations
- Document, update, and align work instructions with HR Service standards
- Ensure that relevant information for employees is always available on the HR portal
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor the implementation of resulting measures
- Continuously develop services through digitization and knowledge management
