Requirements
- Higher education in IT, technical, or economic fields
- At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in an international large corporate environment
- Project management and service delivery/methodological knowledge
- Knowledge of the ServiceNOW framework
- Active, negotiable English language skills (minimum intermediate language proficiency), German or French language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving approach, collaboration
- B-category driving license
- ITIL knowledge and certification (ITIL V3/V4 Expert certification)
- Six Sigma certification and knowledge of methods
