Join our team as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and work on complex tasks with a satisfied customer-focused approach. We are looking for a well-trained and cohesive team member with experience in IT, technical, or economic fields, who can supervise and enforce contracted services, prepare performance reports, and resolve service-related problems.

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT, technical, or economic fields
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in an international large corporate environment
  • Project management and service delivery/methodological knowledge
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNOW framework
  • Active, negotiable English language skills (minimum intermediate language proficiency), German or French language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving approach, collaboration
  • B-category driving license
  • ITIL knowledge and certification (ITIL V3/V4 Expert certification)
  • Six Sigma certification and knowledge of methods
