We are looking for a HR ServiceNow Administrator to ensure the platform is configured, maintained, monitored, and continuously improved to optimize HR service delivery and the overall employee experience.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator and/or developer
- Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD) desired
- Solid knowledge of HRSD modules (case management, knowledge management, lifecycle events)
- Experience in customization and development for the Service Portal/Employee Center (widgets, themes, pages)
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
