Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise platform leadership, with 5+ years specifically in ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations at large (30k+ employees).
