HR Services Specialist role supporting employees and managers across the hire-to-retire cycle, processing HR transactions, and delivering a seamless employee experience. Approximately 1.5-year maternity cover position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Bulgarian labor law and HR best practices.
