This role involves supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, managing HR transactions in Workday, and maintaining internal HR documentation. The position requires being organized, customer-focused, and eager for growth within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Bulgarian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
