Progress is seeking a Maternity HR Services Specialist to support a seamless employee experience within their HR Shared Services function. The role involves handling HR transactions, maintaining internal documentation, coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This maternity cover position is expected to last approximately 1.5 years and requires a proactive and organized individual.
Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via ServiceNow.
- Manage HR transactions in Workday including onboarding, job changes, offboarding and data maintenance.
- Maintain and update internal HR documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and track fixed-term contracts.
- Generate and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making.
- Conduct employee training sessions on HR systems and processes.
