ING Hubs Poland is hiring an HR Services Specialist with French to join the team in Katowice, Poland. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Shared Services, excellent communication skills in English and French, and expertise in HR technology and processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Shared Services environment
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English + French (B2+/C1)
- Experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management
- Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
- Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent)
