Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Certifications such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of employee benefits administration systems
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and general HRIS platforms (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (required), and Spanish is a plus
