The HR Specialist serves as a vital resource within the Service Delivery team, engaging with NA employees, managers and HR via the Chubb HR Service Portal. The role is an opportunity to contribute to the success of our Service Delivery model and further develop your skills in Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in an insurance industry
- HR ServiceNow experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
