We are seeking a dedicated People Support Specialist for a Customer Service/Support position in Penang, Malaysia. This role will be the primary point of contact for employees, providing support on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. Strong communication skills in English and Thai are essential.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in employee support
- Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in other languages preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc)
- Knowledge of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems
- Familiarity with ServiceNow case management tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
