HR Systems Analyst - Workday

This role is for a Senior HR Systems Analyst to resolve complex HR system issues. The analyst will manage the entire employee lifecycle within Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems, while ensuring accurate and efficient resolutions. They will be responsible for data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Investigate and resolve Tier 2 HR system requests.
• Troubleshoot HR transactions within Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems.
• Perform regular data audits.
• Manage a daily ticketing system (ServiceNow) or task management tools.
