- Experience in leading teams in shared services or human resources operations
- Advanced knowledge with SAP, SAP Security and SuccessFactors
- Proven track record in compliance, audits and process improvement
- Advanced Excel and documentation skills
- Experience in Reengineering processes, knowledge transfer
- Experience in prioritizing tasks, analytical thinking, adaptability
