HR User & Roles Management Supervisor

The role involves coordinating transitions, documenting operations, and representing the HRBS within governance teams.

Requirements

• Higher Education completed
• Advanced English required
• Intermediate Spanish required
• Experience in leading teams in shared services or human resources operations
• Advanced knowledge with SAP, SAP Security and SuccessFactors
• Proven track record in compliance, audits and process improvement
• Advanced Excel and documentation skills
• Experience in Reengineering processes, knowledge transfer
• Experience in prioritizing tasks, analytical thinking, adaptability
• Strong service orientation and a customer-centered mindset
