Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting Talent Management or HRIS systems
- Familiarity with enterprise HCM platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Avature, or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of performance management, learning systems, or succession planning processes
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across HR and IT to deliver system solutions
