The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and configuring HR applications and systems, including ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and SAP SuccessFactors. This is a part-time telework position with a requirement for at least three days of in-person attendance per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically supporting ServiceNow HRSD or SuccessFactors modules in a production environment.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, including experience with workflows, case management, lifecycle events, integrations, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP R/3, and Fieldglass preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of core HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive solutions to completion.
