The ServiceNow Development Team Lead will support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with senior developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Requirements Summary

Experience in ServiceNow administration and development, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
