The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Human Resources (HR) Systems while working closely with Senior HRIS Analysts. This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, monitoring, and providing functional& technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification:
- Two years of experience in HRIS support and development, preferably with Workday.
- Two years of general professional human resource administration experience and familiarity with HR processes and practices.
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Unique or Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and data management.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional support to end-users.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
