HRIS Manager II

As a People & Culture Team, we are responsible for fostering a workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work. This role is responsible for managing full product execution for specific product(s) within our HR technology landscape that are aligned to a specific focus area, such as Talent, Compensation & Benefits, CoreHR, Learning, and Recruiting, based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
