We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Supervisor to join our global team. The HRIS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HRIS projects and initiatives, including reporting, auditing, and providing support to a team of three (3) HRIS analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Must have experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow ITSM, Sharepoint, MS O365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Ability to work with competing priorities of various complexity and scale
  • High level of proficiency in managing and leading a team
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS
  • Experience working in global manufacturing organization
  • 1-2 years of experience supervising technical workforce
