We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Supervisor to join our global team. The HRIS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HRIS projects and initiatives, including reporting, auditing, and providing support to a team of three (3) HRIS analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Must have experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow ITSM, Sharepoint, MS O365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ability to work with competing priorities of various complexity and scale
- High level of proficiency in managing and leading a team
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS
- Experience working in global manufacturing organization
- 1-2 years of experience supervising technical workforce
