This HRIS Principal Analyst role supports and optimizes internal HR systems and applications, working closely with the HR team to ensure data accuracy and provide end-user support. The role focuses on data integrity, process improvement, and developing strategies for system functionality, user support, and special projects. It requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ServiceNow HR Case Management.

Requirements

  • BA, BBA, or BS in Human Resources, Business or IT
  • 8+ years’ experience administering SuccessFactors Employee Central module in a global environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel)
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Strong functional/business knowledge of HR, Payroll, and IT practices

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT. 8+ years’ SuccessFactors Employee Central admin experience. Proficiency in MS Office 365 & troubleshooting skills
