The role involves designing, implementing, and managing innovative HR technology solutions that drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology transformation, especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, and the ability to translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems, including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG.
- Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions, such as AI, chatbots, analytics, and employee self-service portals.
