Deloitte is seeking an HRIS Technical Manager/Senior Manager to lead the delivery of technical stream on HR technology transformation projects powered by Workday for clients. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing innovative HR technology solutions that drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology transformation, especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, and the ability to translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems, including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG.
  • Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions, such as AI, chatbots, analytics, and employee self-service portals.
