Version 1 is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for local technical support in Dublin, Ireland. Requirements

  • Perform initial triage, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
  • Test business continuity measures.
  • Package and deploy routine security updates.

Requirements Summary
