Analog Devices is seeking an HRSC Employee Relations Specialist to manage functional services, including benefits, talent acquisition, global mobility, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have expertise in Workday and HRSD ServiceNow, as well as experience in Employee Relations/Exit Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IS related field or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience in Employee Relations/Exit Management
- Expertise in Workday and HRSD ServiceNow
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and task management skills
- Adapts quickly, learns systems, handles pressure, and solves problems proactively
- Collaborates well, seeks improvements, and understands business impact and priorities
